| dc.description.abstract | Persuasive technology can have a significant effect on people's health. The sleep coach application is a persuasive technology that raises student's awareness and attitudes toward getting a full night's sleep (6-9 hours) to be more positive. Students using the application to attempt changing their sleep patterns as a direct result of the application. NOTE: We will have the results of this research by the final camera-ready paper deadline. We are currently in the process of conducting the experiment. | |
